Store Manager Round & Square Punavuori

Round & Square Punavuori is looking for a customer-focused Store Manager to lead our café with confidence, positivity, and high standards. In this role, you get to concentrate on what truly matters: customer experience, quality, cleanliness, and team development.
Our central team takes care of finances, rotas, holidays, staffing levels, and orders, so you can stay on the floor and make every day run smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
• Ensure a warm, consistent customer and brand experience
• Train, guide, and support your team in daily service
• Lead by example and bring a steady presence on the floor
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in café, or restaurant work
• Previous management experience is a plus
• A genuine customer-first mindset
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure
